being induced. need reassuring!!

Im being induced on the 5th february as im 41+5 days overdue. Anyone been induced at the princess anne hospital before as im really worried what happens! I dont like hospitals at all and the thought of having to walk around the hospital whilat in pain is scaring me

While my labor started naturally at 41+3, i still had to get pitocin to speed things up and everything went fine. Try to stay walking around as much as possible, as it will help baby get into position and will make the pushing phase easier than if you were lying down for the whole time.

If you are completely undialated when they start induction, you may want to try and sleep for a while, as inductions can take a long time and you dont want to be exhausted when you have to push.
