being underweight and pregnant?

hi all! We are currently NTNP no.2 (eek!) but I am currently classed as being underweight, by about 4kg.
Has anyone got experience of this? Do the midwives keep a closer eye on things? When I fell pregnant with Jack I was just about in the normal weight category but my midwife said that if I had been any lighter I would have had to have extra growth scans?

When I had my second and third I was under weight. I was monitored any different to my first. The main thing for me was I had low iron levels and was a lot more tired. The best thing I did was eat very little and often.
