Belly ache

Definitely not labour related. But Ive had stomach ache and bad bloating for the last few days. I'm carrying twins and I think they're squashing me but Ive still got another 10 weeks to go!

Any advice for relief x

Ive been suffering with this for weeks. Its just getting worse for me and now causing me constant nausea and loss of appetite. I just cant get comfortable at all. Midwife told me there's nothing that can be done

Oh no 😢 poor u. I don't feel too bad this afternoon. I think a cup of tea helped a bit or maybe some hot water x
