Benefit Help please!!!

Im writing this on behalf of a friend who is getting very panicky so i said id do a post and see if anyone can help, her situation is:

she has 123 pounds a week smp her fella who she lives with is on Jobseekers and looking for work,

basically she says the pay they get between them wont even pay their rent, does anyone know if they will be entitled to any other benefit or help?

Yes you should get full housing benefit and council tax benefit as you are on low income if you go to your local council they will do it for you also go on todirect.gov and you can check which benefits she is entitled too. Oohps sorry about uppercase lol
