youve been unlucky although tbh, i have NEVER had a good experience on cloth nappy tree. I find the sellers who post on multiple boards (namely here and facebook) to be fine, and very helpful but there are a select few who set out to deceive people - ive lost money and so much time on there that i gave up after just a few transactions!

id seriously consider setting up a facebook page so you can access the cloth groups on there - they are VERY busy (cloth bum mums has over 2000 regular users, and CBM sales is the official sales page for it)
