So far I've got:
Katharine Graves 'Hypnobirthing' book and CD
Ina May Gaskin 'Ina May's Guide to Childbirth'
Grantly Dick-Read 'Childbirth without Fear'
Maggie Howell 'Effective Birth Preparation' (Natal Hypnotherapy book and CDs)
And I will get another hypnobirthing book once I start the hypnobirthing course in a month and a half.
Am I missing out on any must-reads for someone terrified of giving birth (after a not so great first experience)? I've only read the first two on the list so far, and already feel a lot more positive about labour, so I just want to get as prepared as possible.
