I'm looking for a second pushchair/buggy to use every now and then so don't want to spend much on it but does anyone have any recommendations? I'm in the uk. Was looking at second hand but I think I'd prefer a new one if I can get a cheap one thats goin to last. Thanks,

I've got 3 prams at the moment

I've got a mamas and papas sola which we love! World and rear facing which we wanted . This is the only one we've kept from the start. I would say this is much of a stroller though more of a main pram

A maxi cosi noa in pink daliah. Excellent stroller fold tiny enough to fit in the foot well of our car and also reclines. Depends how much you want to spend we got ours last April when it was first released cost around £150 but you can get them really cheap second hand in excellent condition. I saw one go for £60 on eBay used for 1 week on holiday .

We also recently brought a cosatto yo. Comes with rain cover and footmuff only been using a week but so far so good we really love it! We got it in the go lightly print .

Xx

I thought I was being greedy wanting 2, haha. Ie just looked at yours and I like the second one yo mention but bit expensive, was looking at £60 max as wouldn't use it much, as we have another pram.

I've had several since my LO was a baby.

I've had 360 Nipper, Bugaboo Chameleon, MacLaren Techno XT and Zita Vooom and i honestly say hand on heart the best buggy for general use was the Zita Vooom.

It's amazing, i still use it now, LO is a big 2 1/2 year old and she still loves it, it lies flat and has an extending hood like the Maclaren does, great for summer days!

I say for general use as for offroad use we use the Nipper which is my favourite but isn't as small as the Zita when folded so tends to take up too much space in my boot.

This is the one i have -

£59 without the footmuff

That one looks good, I want one that folds up small for in the back of the car!

It's an umbrella buggy, folds really small, obviously not small like those little buggy's that look like toys but still small. There are Youtube vids on it.

I just need one that will fit in the boot for when we go on holiday, etc so we can fit the clothes in!

Oh I was presuming you'd want to lie LO back for naps. If that's not an issue then I'd just get one of these -

Comes in different colours and folds tiny cos there's nothing to it.

Interested in this thread as I'm trying to decide on a stroller for taking abroad on holidays. £60 would be what I'm looking to spend max as I'll prob only use it when we go away, about 2 weeks a yr

I think I'd sooner pay the bit extra to have one that reclines so he can have a sleep in it.

Look at red kite push me quattro. I bought this as a spare for my mums house for £50 new, it's great, folds up neatly, is light and it's suitable from birth Most places online sell it with free delivery, or asda sell it.

It lies completely flat too.

I'm also looking for a small stroller for our holidays. I have a sola now but it's too bulky, ideally I want one suitable of all weather as we're holidaying in the UK this yr. X

I think I saw this one in asda the other day or one very similar. Looks quite good. Spoilt for choice now, thanks everyone!

We've just got This one:

It's fab....we're goin away for a week and I didn't want to take the quinny....and at under £40.00 a bargain. It folds down really small and the baskets huge!! Oh n the hoods really big....

we have a silver cross pop and i love it, it's rarely used due to us wearing her but when we use it, it's smooth, nimble and has a good recline.

can pick them up second hand at a good price, or new for about £70 if you keep an eye on the SC outlet webpage!

i can fit my pop into the boot of an older style KA

I've got a mamas & papas sola, I love it! :D I've also go a silver cross pop, we use that mainly when we're going out in the car.
