Best time for Morphology scan?

I know people call it the 20 week scan but I'm confused!! I had the morphology scan with my daughter at 19 weeks, and my referral for this pregnancy says 18/19. But the tech told me 21 weeks? When is the best time?

Anywhere from 18-22 weeks I believe however 20 weeks is the standard xx Anytime within those few weeks is good honey xxx

I had mine at 19 weeks this time, but the guidelines I think were 18-22 weeks xxxxxx
