best time to bd!?????

hey guys im taking clomid cd3-7 then estrodial 8-12 then cd13 hes giving me ovidrel trigger.

should we start bding before we get the trigger??

what do you think or what did you do?

Sperm can live up to 5 days, so I would BD before. I would probably BD the night of the trigger then 30-36 hours after the trigger (triggers tend to make you O 36-40 hours later), but also I would BD before also, at least every other day. It can't hurt. Ultimately, I would BD when the doc tells you plus before the trigger to increase your chances.

If you want to cover everything, would you guys be able to bd every 2 days from, say, cd9 to cd 17? That could be one way to go.
