Betas too low?

I just had my results for my 11dpo beta that were taken on Friday. They were 86 and my progesterone was 24.7

I thought that sounded great, but my doctor told me the HCG is too low and he wants a repeat and for me not to be optimistic. My bfps have gotten darker and darker and today, so dark it was darker than the control. I don't understand why he says this is too low for 11dpo? Any insight?

Don't worry hun... the number doesn't matter it's the doubling time.. and also for 11dpo 86 is awesome!!!!

86 is above average I just got mine at 12dpo it was 72.2 and my Dr was super happy!!

Mine was 83 at 13-14 dpo. That's an awesome number for 11dpo! Does doc think you're further along?

My repeat on monday was 396 so phew! Dr is now happy with it. At first he said not to be optimistic which really stressed me out until I got my second results back yesterday.

Aroung 7dpo when I think I implanted, I had the most severe back and thigh ache that I've had since my labor with DS1. I thought AF was going to really have her way with me. Then BFP two days later. So I was concerned if my betas were low and if my dr said not to be too optimistic, the back pain might mean I was going to MC again

He never said he thought I was further along, but I had mentioned I had CL cyst pain on both sides and was concerned about ectopic. He said after my betas, he is not at all concerned about ectopic. I'm having an u/s on the 18th and I'll be about 7w give or take.
