BFN at 8 dpo....am i out?

Hi ladies

as title suggests i am 8 dpo and i tested this morning & got a BFN

I am not due on until this Friday so could it still be too early to test?

I remember with my son i didnt get a BFP until i was a few days late but most of what im reading online says i should be able to get a BFP by now?

I have no pregnancy symptoms really but also no AF symptoms either

Going to try to not test again until Friday if i dont come on... this waiting around lark is so hard! x

another question ladies, i've been ovulating around day 15

but this month ovulated on day 19

does this mean my cycle will be later? I'm basing being due on this Friday on a 26 day cycle and now i'm confused thinking will it be later?

I didn't get a BFP with both of my pregnancies until 9 DPO, so definitely not out yet! Especially if you ovulated later for this cycle.

I am 9 dpo and got a BFN today but had a temp dip at 7 dpo little symptoms I have been getting chronic sneezing which is a new one and sore boobs started yesterday with being hungry all the time can't stop lol

I'm 9DPO today and got a BFN today. It's so disheartening but I keep telling myself that it's still early and there's still a chance..

In the nutshell, 8DPO is too early in fact 10DPO is the first day of false negatives, indicating that 10DPO is even too early. 13DPO is the average day for positives. I think testing early gives you some information about your body esp if you do get an early BFP but there's a reason why our period doesn't happen at 8DPO: our body knows anything could still happen until AF.

thanks ladies, this has given me a bit of hope!

Im due on Friday and no af symptoms still, been getting lots of creamy white discharge which is a little odd at this point in the cycle for me and a few pinching type twinges on my right side today

Trying not to read to much into anything and also trying to hold off testing again until Saturday when im officially late...... probably wont hold out but we'll see loll x
