BFP at 9DPO, now 11 DPO line not darker? Help!

So Saturday (9 DPO) my hubby leans over and asks me how I feel about having another baby. I said, "Well, I'm all for it! I kind of thought you were leaning that way since you haven't been too careful."
We've been using the "pull out method" to prevent pregnancy since our 3rd miscarriage in October. This month he hasn't been "pulling out".
I had a feeling I might be pregnant so I went home and took a . Well, I took 2. I took a first signal (cheapy from Walmart) and a mystery internet cheapy from ebay.
They both looked negative at first. But after 2 minutes I thought I saw a second line develope on the first signal, after another 2 minutes there was a second very faint, but definitely there line! Woo hoo
The internet cheap still showed negative.
I told my hubby and he was super excited ( I was surprised because of all the miscarriages I thought he'd be a bit freaked). So next day, 10 DPO I took two more test, same result. Positive on First Signal after a couple of minutes and negative on internet cheapy.
This morning, now 11 DPO I redid the tests. Internet cheapy showed a VERY FAINT positive that faded away after 20 minutes, First signal showed

My question is this. My lines on the first signal tests haven't gotten any darker. They still look pretty much the same. I know that can be a sign of a chemical pregnancy, but I've never tested this early before. Do early positive results stay faint for awhile? Or do I need to prepare myself?

I cant say for sure, but ive read that it can actually take up to 72 hours for your hcg levels to double. Fx's for you that it's your true bfp

Hey Mom2mm..same thing is happening to me. I got a very clear BFP yesterday at 10 DPO but today's test was lighter. Still not faint, but definitely lighter. I think the one I took yesterday was with more concentrated urine...the one I took this morning I took at 545am, had peed around 1230am and had drank tons and tons of water last night throughout the evening. I had bloodwork done today and will get my levels tomorrow.

I think because the positives were so early, it's hard to read into much until you give it a few more days. I used an FRER both times but who knows about individual test sensitivity, etc.

I'm just crossing my fingers, saying from prayers and hoping that little bubba is all nice and tight in there!!

Let me know how your levels come back. I'm still waiting for my doctor's appointment, assuming I'll get my results tomorrow too.

Took another hpt this morning. The line showed up after 1 minute instead of 2 and became very strong, definitely darker than my 9 DPO test. I'm hoping that's a good sign! Still waiting for my numbers from the doctor.

Hey hun! Thanks great news!

Got my levels this morning. I had the bloodwork yesterday when I believe I was 11DPO and my HCG level was 96. The doctor said that anything over 60 is good, so I'm happy with that number. They are bringing me back in tomorrow to repeat the bloodwork to make sure the numbers are increasing. They are also going to do an u/s because I'm having some cramping and they want to check everything out since I have a history of ovarian cysts.

I have no idea what, if anything, they can see this early because I'm literally just around 4 weeks...but we'll see!

Can't wait to hear what your levels are, im sure they'll be great!

Well, I got my results straight from the lab. HCG was only 39.9 yesterday at 11 DPO. Progesterone was 22.5. We'll have to see what tomorrow's numbers show. Looks like we're still in the same boat together. Hopefully tomorrow will bring us both great news!

i got my bfp at 9 dpo with fmu on wondfo internet cheapie.then i held my pee for 6 hours and brought a first signal test and used another wondfo and the wondfo came up darker but the first signal came up with very faint line that disapeared shortly after which i thought was odd since both test detect 25 miu.

ive been out of wondfos and have been using first signals and def have darker test lines than the control line when i was around 15 or 16 dpo and those never faded.guess they fade becuase low amount of hcg.im going to be 20 dpo tomorrow and will test with first signal again just to look at darker line just becuase ive had a chemical back in septmeber and am a little paranoid.congrats on the bfp hun.from looking at our pic im sure everythign was fine.
