BFP/evap/false positive?

So, I took this test last night. There was an immediate super faint line, which you can't see in the picture. When I took it apart, it was easier to see and obviously pink. This morning I got a BFN so I'm worried this is a false positive. Thoughts?

I see a line with the pic on the left. But it's hard to tell, might be an indent/evap line or the start of a BFP. Test again in a couple days and see if it gets darker. Good luck!

I see it but can't tell if it has color or if it's gray?
