BFPs after MC what were your early symptoms second time 'round

So I am wondering for those ladies who got a pregnant successfully after a miscarriage, what were your early symptoms? Were they different than your early symptoms with the MC pregnancy or similar?

I am trying for a BFP this first real cycle after my miscarriage and am just curious if the symptoms will be the same or if they could be different. I would really appreciate your input!!! Thought I would post this here, since I am getting no replies on other threads.

What were your sx with ur pregnancy that ended in mmc?

I had one day of diarrhea. I had cramps for a week, and then I had spotting for a few days like day 10 and 11 dpo (just brown blood when I wiped.) Interestingly my mom and my grandmother all say that diarrhea was their first symptom with all of their pregnancies. I also had a skin break out for a few days like two really big cystic pimples on my face. They were lovely. And I noticed hot flashes kind of. I would get really hot and my face would get flush just for a few days.

I have none of that. Nothing. The only thing I have is my back really hurts (could be from gardening) and I can't sleep at all the last two weeks. I wake up every morning around 3am and lay there until 7am when I finally fall back to sleep and then get up at 8am. Ugh.

I am just curious to know if early symptoms are typically the same or different for every pregnancy. Stupid I know to obsess about this stuff; I will soon find out whether I am prego or not in a few days.

I honestly think every pregnancy willhave diff symptoms.... the first time i got pg i had absolutely no sx!!!! This pg i had a few teeny unnoticeable sx... so, i wouldnt read too much into it! Also, my forst pg i had spotting but i had NO spotting at all this time!
