BFP's by Mothers day! Anyone with me?

Hello to all of your gorgeous mothers to be! This is only my first month TTC and I'm 27 almost 28 years old, so I know the odds aren't that great for this cycle, but I'm going to remain positive.

I am on Cycle day 16, and should be OVing tomorrow. Baby dance last night so far. AF is due on May 3rd so I'm hoping for a BFP by Mother's day.

Yes, Mother's day is in the beginning of May in the US. On Sunday, May 8th to be exact.

Just because your Mother's day has passed, doesn't mean you can't join me

I just never hear of anyone getting preggers the first Month they TTC, but it doesn't mean there's not a good chance I guess. I just did an OPK today and there was no LH surge present yet, but it's the first time I've ever used one of those so I am not 100% sure on what day of the month I OV.

just keep testing best time to test is between 2pm and 6 pm i ovulate cd11 on a 26 day cycle so i start opks tomorrow im trying digital ones with smiley faces this time lol but you may still get a pos tomorrow i know lots of women that got pregnant right away some were still on the pill just not fair boooooo
ah well i missed my mothersday but here gos with a seccond shot at it

YAY! So glad you will join me! My cycle is 30 days. I'm interested to find out what day I Ovulate on. Seems like when I've noticed the extra CM, it's been after 15 to 16 days. Hope I have a long enough luteal phase. I sure do hope to be preggers this month, but if not... I will keep on truckin'!

when did you start opk testing??? You usually get a pos opk 24_36 hrs before you actually ovulatehope you have already done the bd just incase from what i gather you may have got a pos yesterday???? Hmmm keep testing hope we both get our bfp its the tww thats the hard bit... Imagineing all the symptoms i whent crazy last month lol did 16 pregnancy testsin a week lol ah well its all part of the fun :/ just hope i dont have to do to many more i swear if i see that witch on the 6th of may i will slam dunk her to the ground and snap her broom in half so she will never bother us again lol

I am officially in the TWW now 1 dpo I am hoping for a big strong BFP by Mothers Day! The soonest I can test is 4/29.

Wannabe mama- the first time I have ever done the OPK was today around 3 in the afternoon and it was negative. I did do the BD last night so hopefully I didn't miss my O. Maybe it just hasn't come yet and I will get a positive OPK tomorrow. We can tag-team that witch AF together and beat the SH* out of here if we ever see her again. LOL Heck yeah!

I'm with you guys! I am 3 dpo today and on my 5th cycle ttc..although a couple of those months we couldn't bd as much as we should have. I know multiple people who got pg first time trying in late 20's and early 30's so stay positive!! I am 36 so I am hoping it doesn't take too long!!!

I was just thinking about Mother's Day today! I'm ovulating today and would really love to be pregnant for Mother's Day this year. My dh actually made a comment today saying that if I am pregnant before May he'll have to buy me a present for Mother's Day

I have been feeling cramps since yesterday..the fake symptoms have ALREADY begun LOL!!! All I can say is I am happy the mandatory bd is over...we feel like we can finally rest!!

Hey guys. Have any of you tried OPKs? I tried them for my first time yesterday, and I know I sorta started late on that one, so I'm hoping I just missed my O because the tests aren't positive for LH surge. And general rule is that I would O today, but I really have no clue when I O because I've never actually tested for it before. Just have regular 30 day cycles, and as far as symptoms of O go, I get the extra CM around days 16-18 of my cycle. So far none this month.

Also, my boobs usually only hurt a few days past O. they have hurt for the past 2 days. WTF???

My question is, when would the OPKs be positive if I O'd on day 15 of my cycle?

Not to sound like a ******, but I'm kinda stumped with the sticks.

Hope everyone has some real UNMISTAKABLE symptoms this month!! ...... Or we can just drive ourselves crazy together.

I love opks and do NOT base your O date on the whole 14 days before your period thing. I have heard from so many people that they didn't get pregnant because they later found out they were having sex at the wrong time!!! It should be positive if you are Oing today, unless the surge just passed and the hormone is out of your urine now. It is hard to say Keep bding and taking opks! THe internet cheapies are the best so you can test a couple times a day without paying a fortune!!

I am 3dpo today and have spotting. I don't know what is going on with my cycle lately. I think maybe my cervix is inflamed from too much bd? I hope whatever it is isn't keeping me from getting pregnant!!

Hey! I am hopefully oving this sunday or monday (all based on when I get my AF on mymonthlycycles.com, other than that I have no idea) and never even thought about when I would be testing but that would be so amazing if I got a positive on Mother's day! Something to look forward to at least...

I just started using OPKs this cycle as well, the cheapies off the internet. I'm hoping they give me useful results instead of just guessing when to BD off a calender's guess as to when I OV. I'm on cd11 so I'm just trying to get my DH psyched for sex for the next few days haha! Let's pray for a pos ov test! Worry about the rest later...

Hello to all you beautifuls! By the way my boobs feel this month (they usually start hurting around 2dpo, peak at 7 dpo, and then gradually start to feel better until they are almost not tender at all a day before AF) I think I am about 9-10 dpo today. I think when I started testing with the OPKs, I was already 2 dpo. So darn. Don't think I BD'd too much within my fertile window this month because of my early O (probably due to increased exercise).

Anywho- I still have symptoms. I figure I'm about 9 or 10 dpo and have tender BBs that have actually gotten better since Friday. I'm peeing a lot more than normal.... I mean A LOT!! 4 times in the middle of the night, and 6 times since I got up this morning about 3 hrs ago. Also I am SUPER dizzy. I just feel like I'm getting sick basically.

Took a test yesterday and it was BFN like I had expected, but my goodness, I just HAD to pee on something. LOL

How is everyone else doing???

I think ANY spotting around that time is a good sign. Have you ever had that kind of thing mid-month before??
