Any way to stop Braxton Hicks Contractions?

I don't think there's any way to stop them, maybe try taking a warm bath if they're uncomfortable? x

yeah i was going to say what sophie said... warm bath helps a little bit, or have a walk about

Unfortunately walking is what causes them

I would go for the warm bath

I had three last night in bed that seemed to queeze so tight that it was as if my breathe was being taken away.

Not at all painful, but odd and umcomfortable. I can imagine the kind of pain that will come with them and I'm not so much looking forward to it.
