Big babies....

Well this is my first baby and I'm only 5ft and quite slim, My hubby is also very small I would say around 5ft 5 so pretty small for a bloke So i can't see our baby been a big one but hey you just never no!! At my 28 week midwife appointment she told me that i was measuring a week infront, But said it's because of my small size and frame. So we shall soon see xx

sorry but fob1 was very slim and short and so was i and caleb was 8lb12, suprised everyone!

My 1st was 6lb 9.5 oz, my 2nd 6lb 8oz, then I had 3rd with OH weighing in at 8lb 13oz and 57cm long. This ones legs are measuring 3 days older than her head :rofl

I was 8lb 8oz, my brother was 9lb 9oz and my sister was an eye watering 11lbs. My dad was born at home and weighed 10lb and my gran is only 4'10".

The way this one eats(makes me eat) I think she's gonna be a big one!! My first was 3 days early weighing 8lbs 1 ounce..My 2nd was 18 days early weighing 7lbs 5 ounces.

Yup sure is remember the magician with the hankerchief trick, they just kept on coming - that was like my midwife hauling him out

He's 7 in a fortnight and already he's 4'5" with size 3 feet, I am currently wearing his ben ten slippers cos the dog ate mine I am 5'4" he takes after daddy who's 6'4"

My daughter weighed 10lbs 9 oz and nobody had any idea until she was born that she would be that big! The first thing I heard the midwife say when she was born was 'wow that's a big baby!'

I'm hoping this baby isn't bigger!

DD was 8lbs 7oz, so no doubt I too will have a 9lb plus baby! xxxx

My brother was 12lb 5oz, I was 10lb 14oz DH was 9lb 9oz.
My 1st 2lb just about but at just about 30 weeks that is fantastic!
2nd 9lb 7oz measured about a week ahead

This one is already measuring 2 weeks ahead but can not be so think it is going to be big again.

I am thinking im in for a big one this time around too...my son was 8 lbs 7 oz born at 37 weeks. I am sooo glad he came early but worried this one wont be as prompt. But I think my body will cooperate since things went well with #1. Good luck toall of you mamas with big babies!

My oldest was 9 lbs 9 oz and my youngest was 8 lbs 13.5 oz...I'm fairly sure this one will be big too. I'm not worried, I had no problem delivering them, and they were very healthy.

My first was 8 lbs, 6 oz born at 38 weeks, 1 day.

My second was 9 lbs, 9 oz born at 39 weeks, 6 days.

So this one is likely to be big. I didn't gain any weight with my first two and ate really healthy. But no matter, I just cook them big!

This is my first but everyone in my family was at least 8 pounds 5 ounces at birth. Oh was 10 pounds even he broke his moms tail bone and she needed a hysterectomy 2 months after having him because he did so much damage. Im scared because epiderals dont work on me so this will be an unwilling natural birth lol

im very interested to see if this little one is going to be on the bigger side.
one of my twins was 5lbs 13oz at 34+1 when delivered, and this one is already starting to measure further and further ahead at each scan.

My oldest son was 7lbs 4oz , second son 6lbs 2oz , third son 8 lbs 2oz , and then my daughter was 9 lbs . I had no pain meds at all with the last two only pitocin . I must say even though my daughter was the biggest , with not even a tylenol for pain she was my easiest labor and delivery . There were complications because of here being so big and late . Over all she was the easiest though as far as pain and pushing . Wow , I surehope this baby is around 7lbs something .lol

My daughter was 9lb 11oz, but she was 11 days late. I'm still thinking I'll end up with a baby around 10lb!!!

Yep definately in for another big baby!

1st daughter was 8lbs 15ozs, 10 days late, 2nd daughter 8lbs 12ozs, 10 days late, son was 10lbs 13.5ozs, 12 days late and I felt full term with him around 34 weeks! This is another little boy so more than likely going to be another whopper, however delivered them no problems at all so I'm not too worried.

I've got a 4D scan in just over a week where they'll estimate what he currently weighs which will be interesting, don't feel big at the moment but I'm sure that will all change lol!
