bilateral blocked tubes

hi I have bilateral blocked tubes and I was just wondering if anyone on here has gotten pregnant with blocked tubes and had a healthy pregnancy. I was told that I will not get pregnant with them and that I would have to have surgery or ivf to conceive. that was 4 years ago but on oct 14 I found out that I was pregnant and yesterday I started to miscarriage any had this situation?
