Biocide odour

Bit of a weird one but we have had a primer put on our lounge walls before they are plastered and it contains biocide... The stuff stinks... Just wondered if u should worry about the odour or is it just the actual solution that poses a risk... I'm working tonight so will be out of the house till morning thank god... But theres not a lot of info out there on this
