So.. I'm annoyed lol. The balls at the local stores are too pricey, so I went with Amazon. Problem is I ordered a ball that I'm not in love with. It's anti-slip, anti-burst, and had the best reviews BUT at 55cm it only comes in red and at 65cm it only comes in purple. Not really in love with either color. Red is my favorite color just not on a ball I plan to keep in my living room with modern colored furniture.

I DIGRESS point is now that I ordered it and am having buyer's remorse, I'm reading conflicting measurements. Some people say a woman who is 5'2 should have a 65cm ball and others say she should have a 55cm.

So I guess...
1) If you are also around 5'2, what size did you get and did you like it?
2) Where should my knees be? I'm hearing conflicting info there as well.

My ball will be here Friday and it does have an unlimited warranty/ easy return policy.

Thanks!

When I got a ball to sit on (which I later used to prepare for birth) I got the one for super tall people. If you are using it for exercise, a small one would work best. If you are using it to replace a seat, you may want a higher one.

I used mine at my desk when I was pregnant so I needed one high enough to put me at my desk. I don't think it is particularly specific, you get what you need. I am 5'0" and I bought the one for 6'+ people and it worked fine, but I wasn't using it for like crunches and other things, I was using it primarily for sitting.

I'm literally just using it for labor. I guess I could (and should) use it for exercise after birth. I have 6m-1year to get back to ideal weight for a surgery. I just see women laboring on them/my doula said get one lol

I'm 5'3" and the charts say that a 55cm ball would be better for my height, but I tried both and found the 65cm balls a lot comfier for me - I felt like my hips/knees were in the wrong position on the smaller ball x
