Birth stories/birthing classes

I am so excited to be starting our child birthing classes! We are doing the Bradley Method, which is natural childbirth with husband based coaching. I would suggest that everyone check out their information site and read some of the birth stories! They are really awesome!! I am now wishing that I were able to try to do a home birth like some of these other women, but with the rarity of midwives here in the states, that would either be really hard to do (especially where I live, in the south, middle of nowhere) or it would be super expensive if I did have the option. So I'm sticking with my OB (which I love) but I am just a little wary about my lack of options and control that I will have giving birth in a hospital setting. I also really really want to have a water birth, and I haven't found out whether or not that is allowed so that's question #1 for dr on my next visit.
