Birthing Ball the Same as Yoga Ball?

This is probably a dumb question, but is a birthing ball the same thing as a yoga ball or exercise ball, or is it something different? Like, could I just use an exercise ball off amazon, or is there an advantage to a special birthing ball?

I'v got a normal yoga/excercise ball and its great.
The only difference i can see with an actual birthing ball is the price lol

Yeah same as other ladies have said, companies like to double the price tag for the words "pregnancy" or "birthing" lol. Got mine off ebay for 3quid x
