bit confused advice please!

hi ladies i think this is the best section to ask you all this question.
I am person who like to help others and sometimes i feel used.I have friend she is my best friend(like sister to me)she dont have own kids yet and i dont think she is going to have them soon as she is with her current boyfriend only 3 months they not ttc yet and dont even talk about this yet too(imo its to early)i have two kids and lots of baby stuff in my attic and shed.my friend keep telling me to keep it for her when she will have own kids but we both know it wont happend soon.the thing is my friend want all stuff for free from me and i have some pricey stuff there like example Quinny Buzz 3 complete travel system i know is worth about 150 pounds.i could make about 300 pounds for all my stuff on ebay.and my friend is telling me to keep it for her.
now i know she wont give me anything for is as i souldn't say it but she is kinda greedy person(she work full time got well paid job nobody to support only herself)example now we live 70 miles from each other and she is coming to see me sometimes but i have to reimburse her money for petrol.she is driving 200 miles to see her bf cost her about 100 pounds and she is paying that from her own pocket.she bought for my son one very cheap toy and outfit worth 5.99 in tk maxx and that was 18 month ago and she never bought anything for my daughter.
the whole point of this is that im tight with money atm so i could sell my stuff and im also tight with space.
do you think that i will be the worst b...tch if i sell my stuff?what should i say to her?

Yes, you should sell it! Just say sorry, but I needed the money! She shouldn't assume you will give it all to her for free!

Reading your OP, I cannot find a single reason why you shouldn't sell- or haven't sold yet. I agree with Leah above, it does sound like she's taking advantage of you. You need the money for you and your family, they are your priority. x

i guess you guys are right if she is really good friend she wont make a fuss i need money christmas is round the corner!im stucking it on ebay and here tonight!

If I was in your situation hun it would've already been sold by now!! Go for it!!!

If she does winge about it then tell her you ain't a charity and tbh she doesn't sound like a real friend to me!!
