Bit confused!!

Hi,

I am weaning my LO at the moment and she is doing ok, I started weaning from bout 4months old and HV agrees she was ready as her weight hasnt jumped.

I was just wondering when you can give them chicken etc. I was in my local supermarket this week and was looking at the cow and gate jars and they do chicken and rice etc from 4 months old, do you think she should wait until 6 months? At the moment i do homemade fruit and veg and add baby rice to it and her baby milk.

Just looking to see what everyone else thinks really as my family are old school!! LOL.

Oh i forgot to say my LO is 5 months old now x

Aslong as you blend/puree the chicken ect before giving it too LO it is fine for them too have and alot better than the jar crap! aiden had meat rice veg pasta lasagne ect ect when he was weaning (like your LO he was weaned at 4months) xx
