bit of a gross question for this time of the morning!

Poo!!
Right well Kayson is 11months old...he seems to put alot of effort in for a tiny amount of poo...also its now very hard and like adult poo...he's on finger foods now no puree so i assume this is normal???
I get him to drink as much juice as i can, i gave him so pure orange which did the trick for a day but now he's back to it....any ideas??

Holly is a lot younger than Kayson so I'm not too sure, but I would say just keep giving him plenty of water/juice. If he is in pain you could always give him a bit of lactulose to soften it and make it easier for him to go. x x
