Bled for only 2 days?

Hi all. Still pretty new here but I thought I would ask a quick question. I was sent home after a scan at 6 weeks to miscarry naturally. I started bleeding 2 days ago and it stopped yesterday. I only bled for two days. This worries me quite a bit. I'm worried that I didn't competely pass everything since I bled so little. I also had very low progesterone so I'm also worried that there was hardly any lining for the baby so maybe that's why I'm not bleeding anymore already.

hi...so sorry for your loss.
with my 2nd MC at 5wk 5d they mentioned after my scan that my lining was very thin & i bled that very day...
it lasted about 2 days & was no different to a period

im currently waiting to MC at any moment again 6wk 5d & after being told my lining is very thick this time im absolutely dreading it....

I was told at 9w3d that there was no heartbeat and I could MC naturally if I wanted to. I had no signs of MC. They gave me pills to help the MC bc they said it would take awhile to pass bc my body would continue to hold the pregnancy, it was the baby that decided not to live. The pills helped dilate my cervix, I had some cramps, large clots and slight bleeding( i was expecting heavy bleeding). They had prepared me to put the "tissue" in a cup of some type of liquid they gave me, if I passed it so it could be tested. I went back for u/s 2 days after taking pills they said I did not bleed that much bc the baby did not move much just a bit further down. They thought bc if the position if I continued the pills I could pass in a few days but everything might come out "whole" and would be painful which is why I would need to continue to dilate the cervix to let it pass.
It sounds like you are not ready to miscarry as of yet, I think you will have more pain and possibly large clots before. I did get a D&C but was not put asleep bc they did not scrape just vacuum. This could be an option for you. For those few days I was so afraid to go to the bathroom and I did not want that for an unknown time. Good luck
