Bleeding at 6 weeks

Im so sorry ladies. Ive had some bleeding today and am so worried x

I'm around 6 or 7 weeks and I've had some light bleeding yesterday and today. I'm scared. I'm in Japan with my fiancé. Visiting. He's in the navy and until were married I can't go to the doctor here. I don't know what's going on and I'm very worried.
