bleeding day after ovulation with cramping

My period was sept 13th-16th. I had sex on sept 19th and sept 22nd. I had sex on the day of my ovulation which was sept 24th. Yesterday i used the restroom and when i wiped there was some blood with small clots mixed with this clear slimy discharge. That lasted for just that day along with some cramping. Today im not bleeding but im still having the cramps. Im on a 26 day cycle and this is day 14 of my cycle.

Sometimes women bleed a little bit with ovulation. It could also have been an ovarian cyst instead of an egg follicle. There really isn't any way to tell the difference between the two
