Blocked tubes, lap then bfp then mc??

Hi everyone just wondering if any of u ladies are in the same boat as me?? Since jan I've finally been diagnosed with blocked tubes, in march they partially unblocked them, 2 months later I got my bfp then mc at 6 weeks , still naturally trying but now also waiting for second lap in nov.

hey hun sorry i cant help regarding blocked tubes but my problem is internal like yours (adhesions) ive recently had lap to diagnose but they were too bad to remove this way so i had to have a laparotomy. im now back ttc after my op.
i just wanted to say make sure you request a early scan when you next get a bfp. us girls who have had surgery are at high risk of eptopic. are they going to unblock you again?? hsg? lap? good luck xxxxx

Hi Hun thank for reply, I too had adhesions, they were on outside of tubes and had make my tubes stick to the insides of me... Bork, also on bowel and uterus. I must have been very lucky not to end up with laparotomy like yourself, how was ur recovery from that? I was booked in for an early scan but mc just before. How long ago was ur opp? Mine was march and I got my bfp in may, I can't help thinking guilty that my body wasn't ready after a 3 hour oppx I'm bk at hospital a week today so book my next lap, I'm also keeping everything crossed for a cheeky bfp this month lol x

hi hun thanks for your reply. i had my laprotomy end of aug. to be honest i found it absolutly fine. i was sooooooo nervous it was untrue but i was quite proud of myself. i even got myself off the morphime and up and about within about 12-15hours and was home within 24hours instead of the 3days they said )
doc says he thinks he got all my adhesions so i pray to god ill be able to get a bfp now. nearly 4yrs now. wish i had sought help earlier but kept prayin it would just happen. has your doc said he is goin to give u another lap? im hoping mine will give me another laproscopy if im not preg in a few months to see if my adhesions grown back. do you know how you have ended up in such a mess? my doc thinks mine is from a infection after my emcs xxx

was your lap 3hours? my lap was only 30min then my laparotomy was 2.5hours. weird ay xxx

Hi, yeah mine took 3 hours, poor dh was past himself! She said I must of had an infection also, however I've always suffered really bad ovulation pain since my periods started when I was 11 yrs old. Most months I'm doubled up in bed and the last thing you want to do is ttc. My consultant said after my lap when she showed me the delightful photos of my insuses!! Lol that she would need to do another lap as my tubes where still partially blocked at the very start if tubes, however hey presto 2 cycles later I got a bfp. Hoping that my adhesions having grown bk too and that after the next opp it will all be plain sailing. I went to my doc after a year of ttc but he looked at my age, did bloods every fortnight for 2 months and a scan, he said I was perfectly find and I was just stressing to much about it, I finally got referred to the hospital after another year had past, it makes u sick dosnt it. 😔

yeh it does make you sick hun. nobody who hasnt been thro infertility has a clue what a nightmare it is. i really truly feel for you having a mc. after trying for so long etc it must have been horrendous for you. my cons insinuated after surgery we are quite prone to this happening (
are u entilited to ivf\iui etc if naturally ttc doesnt work? so much pressure on us as i have a 11yr old (diff partner.young and silly) they wont give us ivf due to postcode. its so awful as my partner has no kids and we are dying to have a baby and do it all properly and no stress etc like last time.
my doc said he will be giving me clomid when i see him. but my friend has given me her stash so i might start it tonight (im cd2) dunno what to do. im not seein my cons again until the 30th so i dont wanna waste another month. if tht makes sense.

Hi, yeah we're entitled to 1 free ivf treatment, I don't really want to do it unless its a last resort, really I think I'm scared it won't work and that will be go up the spout . My sister had clomid before her ivf and she was over stimulated ended up in a right mess, so I'm not that keen to try clomid. My consultant said after this lap she would leave me to ttc naturally for 3 months then straight to ivf. It's scary but I'm sick as a chip now. I've seen so many friends meet partners, get married, have there families and I'm still where I was 3 years ago, I'm sure u feel exact ally the same. R u from the uk ?

yeh im in uk hun.are u??? this ivf lotto is awful.
eeeeek im all nervous about takin my clomid now you tell me about your sis. its 50mg taken it last night cd2-6. the thing is ive gotta try it as we cant get any other help from the nhs so we need a bfp before my adhesions grow back. im so scared they have already come back (
its all so awful stressful and upsetting isnt it!!! i wouldnt wish infertility on anyone
all my friends are poppin babies out like you wouldnt believe. its so devestating although im very happy for them the jelousy knocks me sick ( ive gotta to go up and see my friends new born this week. my mind will be in such turmoil. xxx

Hi Hun yeah I'm from the north east. I'm sure you will be fine on clomid, don't think my sister was on the low doseage. It is awful, I've had a few friends who put off telling me they where expecting,its like there think I'm gonna cry, it's silly because I feel so jealous but it's not there bloody baby I want it's mine!! Lol

haha yeh i know what you mean. my heart does pull when i go and see yet another happy mummy. i feel like screaming i was trying first haha!!!
god i hope im ok on the clomid eeeeek. ive taken 2tabs of the 5 now. im prayingggg so much for a bfp. dont really fancy month after month of messing with my hormones.....im moody enough lol xxx
