Blood, leucocytes+ & protein ++++ but no infection?

Just had my urine test results back after being sent to lab because it contained Blood, leucocytes+ & protein++++ (the protien is nothing new as i have had this right through my pg and i'm seeing a nephrologist in 2 weeks because of the protien) but why would i have blood and leucocytes if no infection, i do have hosp appointment in the morning but now i worry they might want to keep me in again?
