Blood tests.. T4 and u&e

Hi
Need some help born worrier going out my mind! I was on cerazette which I had to stop a week ago as I had been on 3 months but the last past 3 weeks had pregnancy symptoms.. Had 1 positive test but think it was highly likely a dye run.
Anyway went to the doctor who suggested a blood test to rule out diabetes (had GD with ds) got that Friday.

Results today said glucose-fine, liver-fine but high t4 and low u&e has anyone else had this she said I needed to book a non urgent doctors appointment which I have Friday I'm just pooping myself at what it could be anyone have similar?

I've got no idea hun but you sound like me, I'm such a worrier too! I'm sure its not anything that bad, youll be worrying more than you'll need to! x

T4 is to do with your thyroid levels,
U&e is urea and electrolytes...looks at how the kidneys are working
