I finally got the courage to go to my GP and tell him about TTC and not being successful.
He sent me for blood tests on CD7 to check for a 'fertility profile' and progesterone.
Am I being stupid - but isn't CD 7 too late for FSH levels and too early to be checking for progesterone?
I phoned up for my blood test results this morning (they were done a week ago) but the receptionist said they weren't back yet.
It just makes no sense to me why my GP asked me to have them done on CD7 when I'm not having the 21 day progesterone test because I get positive OPK's...
