Bloody Npower!

just got a gas bill, and very subtly so you prob wouldnt even notice it says they have reviewed our account and arranged with our bank to increase our payments from £33 to £47. Oh right do you not think you could have arranged that with us!!!

Honestly I dont ever understand our bills when they arrive. And it dosnt say anywhere that our account is in arrears (which it is by £110 apparently) so why dont they tell us that our DD isnt covering our usage!

Pisses me off!

I hate Npower!! We have a huge on going argument from a bill of DH from 5 years ago!!
We have just had our DD increased, very subtly as your bill from £35 to £90 WTF??? Were with EDF or what ever they are now. So pissed off Why, as you said Cat, couldnt they have discussed it with us? Grrrrrrr.
