Bloody snot sorry TMI

I know this is an old post, but I have been having this problem too. For about the past week when I blow my nose there is blood on the tissue. Then, this morning while in the shower I had a lot of phlegm in my throat. When I got it up it had blood in it as well. I am thinking I must have blown my nose too hard the day before and burst a blood vessel causing the buildup in the phlegm. Sorry it sounds so gross.

Does anyone else have this issue?

Just started getting it this week, very annoying, but completely normal.

I tried to blame it on the aspirin my OB has me on, but according to him, its a normal pregnancy symptom.

Yes! Get it all the time! Have a really stuffy nose.so feel like I nedd to blow it all the time. Very annoying but apparently very common! Xx

welcome to my world...I had to increase my water intake and I have been sleeping with a humidifier...only way I found a solution to it

I have been using a humidifier the past 2 nights and it has helped me too
