Blue numb hands

Everytime i have a shower i get really dark blue hands and they go numb and tingling does anyone else get this? Is it normal!?

Also wondering does anyone have carpal tunnel syndrome? Wondered if this could be related?

I do have carpal tunnel and it became very severe in my last pregnancy. I get pins and needles in my thumb and first 2 fingers on both hands and it can be very painful. My hands have never gone blue though so wouldn't want to say this is what you have. That sounds like a problem with your circulation so I would recommend you see a Dr hun xx

I have the exact same pain in my forefinger like a throbbing sometimes stabbing pain. My hands only ever go blue after a shower or bath though so confused about that. Is there anything that helped you?

I was referred to the occupational therapy team by my GP and they fitted me with splints. I tend to wear them at night the pain will often wake me up.

I've had carpal tunnel for years ( from my previous jobs). The tingling, pain, and numbness is common with this but never had the blue hands. However with DS#1 I did have the numb hands. It was so bad I couldn't brush my hair! Everytime I lifted my arms above my head ( to wash or brush my hair, reach for something, ect.)y hands would go numb. It was a circulation issue that had nothing to due with my carpal tunnel according to docs. I kept it until ds#1 was about 3 months old! With #2&#3 it never came back. Talk to your doc. I don't know what they can do but its always best to ask. Good luck!

It sounds like a symptom of Raynaud's to me. If you have never had it before that is strange because usually symptoms are reduced during pregnancy.
It's worth asking your doctor about, symptoms can be caused by low thyroid and other conditions. Although it might be nothing, just cold/reduced circulation?
I also had carpal tunnel, with some numbness/tingling but not blue colour.

Im not sure what it is then iv had a really bad pain in my left forearm all day today like a throbbing pain but worse
