having a lousy day guys, put on 1/2lb.....gutted :( especially as I'd weighed in on thursday morning and had lost 2lb :( :hissy:

only myself to blame, pigged out at the party thurday then had a crapish day on saturday and an awful day yesterday :hissy: think I ate my bodyweight in crisps :dohh:

so after seeing the scales this morning I thought f*** it and had a day off and do I feel good for it? No!

Majorly dissappointed with myself but will be back on top of things tomorrow. The only plus is I haven't missed doing my exercise but it didn't stop the weight gain :(

aww hun dont be hard on ur self...it cud of been much worsr i no its gutting putting on anything be it half a lb or 10lb but u no u will work extra hard to shift it this week and u wil prob loose even more xx

kerry- i mean how on earth have u managed to loose 7 pounds this week i mean lol i loose less as i go on not more! lol
 
just think last week i was really good and i stayed the same.... cos I was on

so this week been just as good and so its paid off :)

but that was 7lbs by my mums scales and have ate crap today

Its just I've been trying to reach my goal in so long, lose weight then put it back on and this time its harder than ever :hissy:
Having a rough one, pass no remarks :roll: its just its been 4-5 years from my goal weight and i've had 3 pg's in thaat time and 2 twin pg's and I really think my whole relationship with food has changed :(

realtionship with food plays such a huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuugggggggggeee part!!

I really recommend this book called how to be thin without dieting it is literally just changing the way you think about food....

.... HANDS UP everyone who has binged over a weekend (more than needed) because diet starts monday?!?! In a lifetime how much weight have we gained due to that diet starting monday?!? Its bad really...

:hissy: then I get mad after reading another thread... i know they didnt mean anything by it but some ppl just dont get how hard it is for others to lose weight :( :hissy:

Everyone's been doing really well :)

I have no idea what's going on with me at the minute, i keep being naughty and weighing myself everyday. Sat i was 11st, sun i was 11st5 and mon morning i was apparently 11st2. Wtf?! I've been really good, how can that have happened? I've only had about 300cals today! xx
 
sooooo weigh day today and i lost 4.5bs omg wooooooooo....lmao now im scared my scales have broke haha.

katy -u shud stik to doin it once a week hun i no easier sed thn done lol....plus wat ur wearing and wat time ur weighing ursellf will affect it....also maybe trying to hard n not having enuff calories cud b doing it as ur body maybe trying to keep hold of the fat as it thinks ur starving it. xx
 
yeh babezone is right katy, our weights fluctuate so so much and just the time of day can make a huge difference etc!!

Thats fab well done babezone :yipee:
 
mamafy - sorry to hear about the teeny tiny gain, please reassure yourself and look at what you have lost so far.

babezone - congrats on the loss, thats fab news to start your tuesday!

everyone else keep going, we're all doing so well (easy for me to say in the 2nd week I know), every time you reach for the crap just question if you really need it!

katy, i tend to have a habit of weighing myself every tuesday at the same time and even try to wear the exact same clothes :rofl::rofl: not taking any chances :rofl:

not feeling very optimistic now... yesterday just had sweets and subway :dohh:

2day had some white chocolate easter egg :dohh:

Fresh start tomorrow, back to healthier options to fill me up!!
