yeh... I found I would eat all my points too early!! It was to open for junk food :lol:

I really need to curb these hunger pangs... :(

see i dont mean to but i keep savin my points for the evening...which in turn is going to sit on me all night
but those caramel snacka jacks r really nice man and defo cures the need for a sweet snack xx

I have a problem when it comes to things like that....

I absolutely LOVE rice cakes... the salt n vinegar ones... but I end up eating the whole packet :blush: :dohh:

:rofl: that's it, tell on me! Yes i admit it, i went a few days late because i got a bit tipsy and went over my points! but i still lost 2.5lb that week (well 11 days!) x

lol yer i no wat u mean....i have a real problem with wafer thin chicken roll lol....see 2 odd slices is classed as 0 points where as before i no ive eaten half a pack lol.

oh and i found out today wine gums are 2.5 points lmao i blame u kerry i been eatin them thinking they 1.5 haha x

eg.. 1 slice of bread is 1.5points.... but 2 slices in 3points!

wow suz u look so great...how much are you loosing witgh weight watchers....has your body not got used to loosing the weight....i really worrys that the weight wil stop coming off once my body gets used to it xx
