hey gals....hope every1 had a good weekend....very impressed with myself i didnt cheat once!! lol got a nice creame egg planned for tuesday tho....of course only if ive lost tho lol....just hope the witch dont make me gain few pounds pwwweeease be niiice!!!

amelia - sounds good to me....defo stick to kg or lbs our scales used to be abit off but if u weigh urself on floor ie hard not carpet and do it in same each time thats what i have to do...then its accurate....added u to facebook hun xx

na i dont think there much chance for me either this week hun i feel so bloated cus of dam af its awfull....i feel like ive eatin a 3 corse meal i hate the weeks u loose nothing proper dampens wat ur doing wen u dont see results xx

ive got weigh in later im not looking forward to it as im on and i think i told you all last time i weighes 7lb heavier!!! the chemist isnt open either to have a sneaky weigh in!!! I havent taken any tablets for 2 days, im trying to see if i can hold off all the naughty food with out them, then when i start craving again ill take them, i may also have another big loss if i do it tht way..well see...i weigh in at 7 and im starving but never eat after 2pm....i will just eat dust lmao

As for me im doing good eating ww meals and special k for brekkie and lunch doing abit of both diets. Still doing my boxercise too great fun, need to try to weigh myself only once a week tho i get too curious and then stressed when i havent lost any when its only been 2days since i weighed myself
