I know it's unhealthy, BUT...

How bad is it to follow this routine for meals everyday?

Breakfast- SlimFast shake
Lunch - SlimQuick Hoodia then SlimFast shake
Dinner - SlimQuick Hoodia then whatever's for dinner

Water to drink & snacks like cucumber slices, frozen grapes, yogurt?

^ Yes they work You take it before your meal so you eat less, but so you aren't not eating all together. Instructions say before lunch & dinner... slimfast is breakfast and lunch...

Hey girls

Im a bit worried about Tuesdays weigh in if im honest! I had about 15 syns worth of Pasta alone last night it was brown pasta though and tonight im going out for my friends birthday and were going to a coctail bar! Green Tea and fresh fruit for breakfast me think x

well ladies, i had a major cake disatser re tommy christening cake for tomorrow so ive been very quiet...its all sorted now but ill update you all after tomorrow...i went and got weighed and im annoyed that i am 3 stone 12.5lb lighter...not 4stone aaaaaaaarrrrrrrgggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhh 1.5lb ffs!!

oh well..im gonna pig out majorly tomorrow..im not payin £24 a head to eat sin free food lol

weeks loss is 8lb so far

Well today went out the window? But Im ok about it... went to a bbq and enjoyed it... didnt eat much all day until this though... back on it tomorrow

todays been good for me ive been so busy and havent actually had chance to eat had a small sarni earlier but thats it....now its to late for dinner me thinks so i think i guna get sum strawberry banana n pineapple to munch on xx

i also went to town today and had to buy a par of jeans because its got to the stage where my jeans are rediculiously falling of me now and they wont stay up lol....but i got a pair and a size smaller!!! wooo!!!!

wel done on 8lbs h hun ...but u still have 2days to loose the 1.5lb....but i guess ur guna pig out tomo and who cud blame ya i would lol.

i've had a horrible weekend...
found out the scale here is screwed.. apparently the place my MIL has it doesn't give you accurate readings.. so i'm actually heavier than i thought! and haven't lost any weight.

So.. I pigged out.. Had chinese last night, and went to my MIL's mum's today so she could meet Grady, and she ordered pizza.. and then when we got home, my FIL wanted pizza... I haven't eaten anything remotely healthy since yesterday around 2pm.

I feel like such a cow. But I was so happy about the drop in weight, and to find out i'm actually 7 pounds heavier than i thought my starting weight was ... totally kick in the face!

I have done ok, havent eaten any crap so far and have stuck to the trial menu on SW. I have drank loads of wine this weekend though , I had to take advantage of my Mum taking the kids, but I didnt have a kebab when I went out on Fri! lol x

nataliecn dont beat ur self up hun... for all u no u could of actually lost...i no ur scales were out but that doesnt mean u havent lost....personally if ur unsure of scales i would weigh urself once a week at a pharmacy/chemist. their scales wil be 100 right and u wont have no more confusion...jus forget last few days hun and start again today xxxx
