I will look for some pics over the weekend:happydance: although I havent got one at my heaviest (correction I think I do have one from the day I gave birth so I'll put that one up) but it'll give you a general gist:happydance:

secret kerry? :happydance:havent got any really, although I took breaks for a week or so then got myself back into it and I think the exercise helped. I cycled twice a week for about 4 months when Katie was 5 months old and I done an exercise dvd for the rest of the time.

Take it in stages like small mini targets and treat yourself to a new top, jeans, shoes, bag whatever. Never think of how much you have to lose and I always got very excited when I seen the scale go under 13 stone, 12 stone, then 11 stone was a very defining moment and finally under 10 stone was the greatest feeling everrrrrrrrrrr.

Its like now I'm having this week or so break but will be even more determined when I come back into it:happydance:

well ive lost 4 and a half pound this week :happydance:

ive also brought some water relief tablets!! :) Excited now :)

hi ya again fab bnb losers ..... im "hoping"dh will take me2 the gym in the next wk, hes been saying it 4 a mth ! but i know now he 2wants2 go so will prib defo go :):)
if he dont av told him am goin with a mate simple as :)
so im hopin i be joining u all real soon.....keep up the good wrk :):):):)
 
I went to the gym today for the first time in like aggggess!!

It was so so so tough... I really couldnt do much.. and I even felt a little faint!! To think at one point I was doing 3 spinning classes a week... makes me weep!!

I was feeling very upset about the situation but Im ok now.. Im going to keep doing little and often and eventually Ill get back to my level of fitness I was before!!

For one.... I dont smoke anymore so Im gonna be even fitter than I was pre-pregnancy :):)

It was tough though :(
 
Hey sorry I havent been checking in lately... I've been soo down about being stuck on a plataue for the last few weeks.
Buuuut on a happier note, I just weighed today after just forgeting about it and and down 5 lbs!!!! Only 9 more lbs till I reach my first mini-goal of under 200lbs!!! then I lave alot more to go after that.

And must add congrats to all you girlies for all your weight loss success... took me a whille to catch up on this thread, but finally did it, and WOW!! you ladies are amazing!!!
