Body Temp Higher Than Normal

My normal non-pregnant body temp is 98.6-98.7... Now I'm reading at 99.4...

I'm not sick at all. Is this a good sign of pregnancy?

And now my boobies feel like they are stretching on the sides and near my underarms.

My body temp is a bit higher than normal too, I'm sitting at 99.1 when I'm usually between 97-98.. I don't feel like my boobies are stretching, but i definitely have tenderness near my underarm area. I'm not sick at all, but Iv been SOOO hungry it's ridiculous. I could eat a full meal and I'll still feel like I haven't eaten all day lol.. I do have a late period but I'm waiting for a few more days before testing.
