Boob cuddles and comfort

Just thought I'd start a thread on this Surely others find it as endearing!

My son is 19 months and still boob obsessed. Nursing can still cure all ills and bad moods. He gropes for them all the time in public, always seems overjoyed to discover...the nipple is still there! Yay!

In August I injured his arm and he couldn't stop screaming in pain...until we nursed, and he didn't cry again after that, even though we still had to go to the ER. I was amazed and grateful at this aid.

He still prefers to sleep with an arm wrapped around a boob.

Often he'll be playing and come over to me, pull up my shirt and smile beautifully at the boobs, then lean in and hug them.

He likes to lean in and touch his lips to the nipples and talk to them...he also still likes to smell them for comfort. And always the fondling for reassurance!

No one ever mentions this stuff lol, but I can't be alone in having an obsessed kid!

Haha, yes mine does this too!! She is constantly pulling at my top going 'Boo! Boo! Boo!' as if she is starving, so I will offer her one of my 'boos' and she will just give it a quick hug and then wander off to do something else.

Another thing I find cute is when I ask her 'Where's Mummy's boo?' and she touches her index finger very neatly to the nipple. Somehow, it's very amusing to me that she thinks a nipple is a boob.

Aww that's so cute! We call it "num nums" I can't help but laugh when I pick up my new born and she bobs her face against my boob like a bird! I nursed my first for a yr but I'm hoping to nurse my 2nd as long as possible, I just love it
