So after Nellie my DD's are a little deflated:cry:, they look gorgeous in a bra, but just a little bit saggy out of one and i hate it!!

Im looking into breast enlargement, and wondered if anyone has had any experiences?

Did you go with someone really good, e.g MyBreast, Harley Medical Centre or MYA?

What was the outcome and how do you rate it? How was the op, the recovery, and most of all what size did you get and how much did you pay?

And would you say it is worth it?!

Im only 19, shedding the weight and feel to young to live the rest of my life with these baps!!

Thanks!!
xx

imho if your not done with children i would wait as they would go saggy after a boob job if you have another child plus your body hasnt had any where near enough time to recover from having a baby

No advice just support, my DD's havent been seen by the light of day since LO was born. They are just horrid in or out of a bra. I am considering a lift rather than an enlargement/reduction. I would wait till a final decision on if i can have another child or not first.

xx

I had mine done a few years ago now with BUPA, couldnt rate them high enough and my surgeon did an amazing job considering the size i went up to (G cup), after the settling in period they dont look fake at all, they really did at first though. I had 2 weeks off work, couldnt drive or barely move my arms for the 1st week, yeah it was painful but not as bad as some make out, though everyone deals with pain differently i guess.

I'd wait until youve had all your kids a sthey will just sag again. THere are loads of forums dedicated to this topic so mabe join one of those to get full on boob job advice!

i had mine done and am now having kids, so will need them done again after all my children have arrived.

It is extremely painful, i couldnt move for 2 weeks pretty much. I paid £5k with BMI, supposedly one of the best surgeons and had to have a re-do due to an error. Lots of people end up having re-do's so its not just the initial cost you need to think about.

I've had one and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. If you want to research - google "breast buddies" it's a fantastic forum for breast surgery. xx

Hi

I had a mastoplexy which is an uplift, i am only 5'3 and a 34E so an implant was not the way to go for me. The implants will not help with the sagging but just make the issue worse putting more weight in will strecth them further.

My Surgeon advised me to wait until I had my family but I really felt I needed it after I separated from my hb.I absoluetly adore them as I have never been able to wear a top without a bra. i can now and the scarring after two years is hardly noticeable. I am very satisfied with the result and it gave me a big confidence boast.

I've had my boobs done twice. Once in 1998 and once in 2008.

If you are concerned about sagging, you may need an uplift as well as an implant. I would suggest seeing several surgeons for consultations, at least three, and getting different opinions. I would also look at the individual surgeon rather than what big company they work for. Ensure they are BAAPS registered and on the GMC specialist register as a cosmetic surgeon. When you see someone you need to ask what results you can expect to achieve, are you being realistic, what the cost will be, what is included in that cost, including aftercare, how many hospital nights stay etc. Also, what happens after the surgery if you get an infection, capsular contracture or another complication that means you need a re-op? Is that included in the original cost? Are there then theatre costs to pay on top? What if you're just not happy with your results?

The BAAPS register is a good place to start looking for a surgeon, or ask your GP.

Well I had my breasts done.. 3 yrs ago. I researched the best doctor in my area and I went to him. He did a great job. The cost all depends on if you get silicone or saline. I went with Silicone because alot of people get more ripples with saline. I paid 7000. I had a girl friend that did it a few months after me and went to a cheaper doctor and got saline. Her breast were nice for about 6months and then they turned rock hard. She was devistated by it. But just make sure you know its an investment. It costs up keep. My Implants i have to replace every 10 years. With saline you dont have to replace them unless they leak but they do have a greater tendency to ripple or turn hard. Just make sure you do the research for yourself and what doctors are best in your area.

Recommendationsnow in the UK are that good quality silicone implants do not need replacing unless there is a problem with them. I was told when I went for my second BA that there was absolutely no need to replace my implants.

I have looked into this ALOT and done my research! I had a consultation with Mya, and transform and they are SO pushy! I really recommend you go private, i had a long conversation with a private surgeon and he was saying how they are so pushy because they are all newly qualified etc! Private companies charge a bit more but do finance. Their surgeons are also VERY experienced, usually 20+ years!

I agree, Breast Buddies is an awesome website for advice. I got mine done 2 years ago with Mybreast and they were fab. it was like going private as there was no sales team, i just saw my surgeon at every appointment. Good luck in your decision, it was the best one i ever made
