I can't really remember the books I have read as a child, so will do the books I have read as a an adult:

• Charlaine Harris - Dead until Dark
• Ken Follett - The Pillars of the Earth
  

I read the Lord of the rings on a regular basis, I love them so much, and am now reading them to LO! (My granddad read them to my mum and uncle and aunty as children, then in turn to me, so I am carrying on the tradition! I hope it sticks as a family tradition!
