My baby is 6 weeks old and we are dealing with a low milk supply due to issues with tongue tie in her first 4 weeks. Im seeing a lactation consultant who is having me supplement with formula (my baby needs 4 ounces and i only make 1 1/2 or 2 if im really lucky). I would like to get off the formula as quickly as possible but my supply does not seem to be budging. In addition to pumping for 20 mins after every feed, im taking 4 fenugreek capsules per day and drinking 3 non-alcoholoc beers as prescribed by my LC. Are there any suggestions for other tricks I could try?

Steel cut oats, flax seed, brewers yeast , blessed thistle, staying hydrated, try and relax and not stress because that just totally counteracts Everythinf you are doing. Power pump for 10 mins on and 10 mins off for
An hour and this also helps boost supply. I take 9 fenugreek a day so maybe take some more. Also as a last resort you can ask your midwife for domperidone
