Bored waiting for OV

So this is the really boring part of TTC for me

This is my first month temping and even that's boring
My temps have pretty much the same everyday, no big spikes or anything lol
Not that I'm really expecting any yet

Anyone else waiting for OV too?

I am on CD 4 waiting to start ttc on the sperm meets egg plan on CD8 although O day won't be till round CD14.

Am trying OPK's this month to try and narrow things down, but at the moment I am just waiting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I feel your pain I am not sure how to read these OPK's and my temps have been all over the place..... would you ladies check out my post (temp????'s) and let me know what you think?

CD13 and bored of opk's and sounds awful but sex is boring and military round ov! should get my +opk tomorrow thankfully so bd tonight tomorrow and Saturday then Monday and hopefully that'll be it!

Awww Ness I am one day behind you but it looks like O will be at the same time so we r on the same schedule. I am sorry that your feeling like you are programmed that has to suck........ I would suggest something playful...... like making dinner in the nude...... or something romantic like candles in the bedroom and some sexy lingerie........ change the mood......

Maaybe- I know it is ..... Ness brought up a good point earlier and it may be because I am on the tail end of bronchitis.... been feeling better for a couple weeks but still fighting the mucus....... I guess we will see........ FX'x for all of us!

weve started the bedding marathon ......dtd yesterday + today .....dh 's suggetion !! told him every other day will do till next week , cant wait to get on the 2ww

CD13 for me and not a hint of a 2nd line on my OPK Normally O around CD17-19. Being sick (having flu at the mo) is messing up my cycle again Probably will O much later. I guess it's for the best. BD will be too much hard work when one's sick!

Hi ladies can I join in?? Im CD8 today. Myself and DH have decided to take a step back from things for this month... I have thrown away my OPK and there will be no putting my butt in the air for half and hr after !!! I have had UTI and trush for 2 months running and im 99.9% certain my active life around O has a lot to do with it!!!!!!!

The only tactic I am using this month is to relax about it all....oh, and cross my fingers!

LORTS- it is a walgreens cheapie and yes it is an OPK...... I am waiting on my soulmate to get home.... Id doit without him but im sure that isnt going to get me very far..... I am soooo excited.

I am finally on CD8 today, which means the first day of BD (I am doing the SMEP) - but still not due to ovulate til around CD14...

I don't know if this is worse or not than the 2WW!! It's definitely more boring, but the 2WW can be more stressful with wondering about every little symptom (even though I try so hard not to do that). At least I know I can have a glass of wine at the moment and not feel bad about it!

Just google 'Sperm Meets Egg Plan' and you will find it...there is also a big thread on here called 'Sperm Meets Egg Plan - 75% success rate so far!' that you could join.

Basically, you start BDing every other day from CD8, then start doing your OPKs at CD10. When you get a positive OPK, you BD for three days in a row, then have a day off, then BD one more day.

Apparently it has a good success rate, and I figured it was worth a try! Check out the thread, it has heaps of info on it xx
