Me and hubby just discussed this and we say its 8ozs because the volume on the bottle after you add 7ozs of powder to 7ozs of water increases the to 8ozs and that's what LO has.
I can see your points though - can anyone see mine?!?! LOL

I would have said that too ...but I'm clueless when it comes to making up bottles. I know 1oz is a measure of weight, but these are fluid oz, not oz...so surely it's a measure of volume?!

this is our current debate too!

I think 8oz!

If i make a 7oz bottle - it goes up to 8oz. to me, it is too confusing to work out what he has had if i say 7 oz, i know if he has 1 oz left, it started on 8, therefore i think he has drunk 7oz etc. I see what pple are saying - that it is weight and started at 7, but the powder weighs something right?

Anyway - to make things more complicated - i actually record LO intake by ml!!!

so, who know!
