Hi all! This sounds like an utterly stupid question. I got my BFP on Sunday 11dpo. Anyway, I take my daughter to soft play to go down slides and jump around like an idiot with her. We're going to a summer fete next weekend and at this particular fete, I usually jump on the bouncy castle with her like a lunatic. Anyway, I really want to go on the bouncy castle and down the slides like usual, but I'm so worried it does something wrong. Can someone please advise. Xx

I've still been going to the trampoline park here every week and everything is ok and the ob said it was ok just to limit the flips. and I went playing on slides a few days ago and i'm fine and lo is fine. good luck!

I don't think doing too much jarring movement is a good idea. Or if someone banged into you or you fell. During the early months, you want to make sure not to do things that could cause the baby to detach.

I think it depends how you feel there are plenty of women on here are still go to the gym well into the pregnancy, I was still rock climbing at 10 weeks :) The way I've always worked it is I listen to my body and I'm able to work out if I need to slow down or not.
