boy or girl name?

ive just been having a google and saw a surname that i thought was quite nice as a first name, i think it would be quite nice as a girls name as there is a famous female with a name quite similar. im thinking of putting it on my list to help give others name inspirations.

so the name i saw was:

Blakeley. but you could spell it Blakelie, Blakely, Blakelee

so which would you consider it most to be so i can place it under either girls or boys name inspirations on my names list.

the famous person i was on about is Blake Liveley (or whatever her surname is!) from gossip girl, so its very similar as all it is is Blake with Ley on the end lol. xx
