Boy or Girl? Whatya think?!?

I went in for a 14W ultrasound due to cervical monitoring ( had cerclage with 1st) and my baby was fluttering around a lot, lol. The tech was trying to get a look at "the goods" but baby kept moving on her and then MFM Dr. came in to check on cervical length and I said "oh, I think I saw the goods", she checked and caught a glimpse of what I saw and said," yup, you are right, its a boy!" After going home and checking others 14 w ultrasound I couldn't quite match it up with any. From what I can tell it looks like 3 white dots. I am assuming this is a profile pic.. I have read 14 weeks might be too early but that if its a boy it will show. Any ideas? Do I have my second son baking in here or can this be lady parts in the making? Experienced eyes also-what do you think? Thanks!
